kw personal training
Ive had 8 sessions so far with Kirsty and can honestly say ive never felt so good! The detailed training programmes combined with the nutritional advice Kirsty set out for me have made working out fun and worthwhile.
Having a personal trainer really motivated me and now i know what exercise routine is best for me!! over 10 sessions i have lost my goal weight of 7lb's due to the exercise routine and diet plan she gave me. would recommend to everyone needing motivation.

ive had a few sessions with kirtsy so far and i can say that i can see a big inprovement so far she really gets you motivated and up for it. it has been well worthwhile i would recommend anyone to get in touch with her

I came over to the UK after a 3 month holiday where I gorged myself. I was used to having a personal trainer back home, so with 3 months of indulgent eating and no exercise, it was clear I had put on weight. I wanted to find a trainer that would be able to tailor sessions to what I needed and also use the surrounding outdoors. I found Kirsty by chance and while admittedly I'm still not the best eater (I have always struggled with denying myself food), she definitely helped me get back on track, including regular encouragement with my eating. The sessions were brutal, particularly at the beginning, but I always felt amazing afterwards. She is good at making use of the time and the surroundings and knowing when she is able to push me. After 9 sessions, I am stronger, I lost what I needed around my stomach and waist and have gotten my headspace back into exercise. It is also something a bit nice and social to look forward to, building up a bond with your trainer. I will be stopping over winter because the weather is too cold, but come February, will definitely start the sessions back up with her. Highly recommend!

Have lost 11lbs in about 8 sessions. My diet has improved and have worked harder than i could possibley have done by myself. My general health is better. Kirsty has increased the work load week by week, would highly recommend taking some sessions with Kirsty to anybody. Keep up the good work, cheers Rob

In January this year I decided I'd best get into shape for my forthcoming wedding at the beginning of May. I'd already decided to follow a diet that I had delivered to my home but I needed some much needed motivation to shift my bingo wings and elephant legs...Found Kirsty on a personal trainer website and loved the idea that she could come to me so I could sweat in the comfort of my own home...After the first session I was almost sick but she promised me that it would pass and I needed to get used to it...She was right (almost)...I tried to see her twice a week for 4 months (roughly) and kept to my diet...I occasionally dragged myself to the gym but found this still less enjoyable than Kirstys sessions at home. Although I hate mountain climbers, burpees and lunges with a passion, because she gives you short sharp bursts of exercises to do, you always know that yes, it's awful for 30 seconds but then something better will be here! I love boxing and have eventually managed a full press up-ish...something I always said I could never do...she is professional but does not bark at you to finish something, she always encourages you and waits for you to get there in the end...So after 4 months of a bit of a nightmare diet, but not such bad exercising with Kirsty, I managed to lose around 21 pounds...I got into my wedding dress and the bingo wings were more like soft boiled eggs that didnt wobble! Now I am back after the honeymoon and yes, have drifted somewhat off the pre-wedding plan, I am going to continue seeing Kirsty to hopefully kickstart me back into some healthy eating and a diet plan I can stick to, with a weekly P.T session to keep me motivated...Cannot thank her enough, think she may have her work cut out a bit now tho that the wedding has gone! Need another goal to work towards!

Kirsty has been my personal trainer for 9 months now, I initially just wanted to get in shape for my upcoming wedding however not only did I loose over a stone in weight, I toned up and now feel happier, healthier and fitter than I ever have done. Even now my wedding is over I still continue to see Kirsty once a week and follow an exercise regime she put together for me on the others days. I cannot recommend her enough she is a genuinely lovely person who is very good at her job!

Having a personal trainer has really helped motivate me to keep going. I need that someone there to give me that push to keep going & kirsty pushes just enough! A great & varied workour!

I signed up to Kirsty's personal training at home over 10 months ago. After an Initial trial and home visit, I decided to give it a go. I didn't particularly like the thought of going to the gym being soo unfit and out of shape. At least I could hide the big red face at home. The first few months included sticking to an eating plan, having a workout with Kirsty once a week and doing a few exercises a couple of times a week. Within the first month I lost 5 pounds alone. Ten months later, I have lost 1 and a half stone and feel brilliant. The big thing for me is how good I now feel about my body. I feel toned and physically fit which boosts confidence and appeal! I would like to thank Kirsty for all the hard work and dedication she puts into her work. It's has definitely paid off. I plan to carry on as it is now a way of life. I see it as swopping a gym membership for a personal training membership. I highly recommend Kirsty to anyone who is looking to lose weight, feel physically fit and feel better about themselves. My 10 sessions with Kirsty have made me work harder than I ever have but have led to great gains in overall fitness and improvements in weight and appearance. With Kirsty's help I've achieved my aim of improving fitness and stamina for my twice weekly running sessions. I have also improved my diet. Kirsty pushes me far enough but not too far. She has given me the confidence to know that I can do it and that my age (55 years old) is not a barrier. Looking forward to my next 10 sessions in January 2015 - thanks Kirsty, I am so pleased with my improved fitness and more slender appearance.

Kirsty has been a great motivator in helping me reach my goals. I am on my 11th session now and I feel fitter, and healthier. Not only has it helped me physically but also mentally and my diet has also improved massively. As expected the sessions can be challenging but Kirsty is great at keeping me focused and I feel a real sense of achievement. I highly recommend Kirsty if your looking for someone to motivate and support you on living a healthier, fitter lifestyle.

I have been working with Kirsty for 8 months and her training programmes are fun, diverse and tailored to my needs and goals. I train twice a week and although I am a gym member, in the sessions I feel encouraged and motivated to give it my all and not just do the bare minimum. I now look forward to exercising and although it is hard work, at the end of a session, I feel energised and proud I have pushed myself. I am much healthier, fitter and less stressed than when I started and feel much stronger and a lot more toned. Since starting the sessions, I have never looked back and I would fully recommend using Kirsty if you want to achieve your goals and make a positive change to your health and lifestyle.

Kirsty is an amazing trainer. I have been using Kirsty for nearly a year now and not only is she a lovely,motivating individual she's very professional and has given me some great sessions.
